Questions about AI agents & chatbots

Do I need technical skills to use this?

No. Creating agents and training the NLP all happen in the dashboard — filling in forms and adding example phrases. The API is only needed if you want to connect it to your own systems.

What's the difference between NLP and Gemini here?

The NLP is a model you train yourself on your customers' questions; it answers fast and uses no token quota. Gemini is the fallback for questions the NLP doesn't recognise yet.

What happens when the quota runs out?

The agent stops answering until the next period, or until you upgrade. Usage is visible in the dashboard, with a warning as you approach the limit.

Is my conversation data safe?

Each business's data is isolated and reachable only through that business's own session or API key. API keys are stored as hashes, never in their original form.

How do I pay?

AI plan invoices are issued alongside your other resmi.id services such as WhatsApp Business and Business Page — one invoice list, one payment.

How is an AI agent different from a plain chatbot?

A plain chatbot answers from a rigid keyword list — outside that list it goes silent. The AI agent here uses NLP you train yourself, with Gemini as a fallback, so questions that aren't worded exactly the same still get answered in your business's context.
